You will lie on the Reiki Table for One Hour in the serene room at the back of the Naturally Yoga Studio. Feel the calm, peaceful, tranquil, magical hands of Sheryl as she explores your entire being with love and peace. Reiki is a stress-reduction technique that promotes the body's relaxation response and natural healing ability. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Sheryl's Credentials
Sheryl is an attuned Usui Reiki Master teacher. Usui Reiki, founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 19th century, is the predominant form of Reiki practiced throughout the world today. Sheryl's lineage can be traced directly back to Dr. Usui. Sheryl has been a practicing Usui Reiki Master Teacher, offering attunements to all levels of Usui Reiki since 2016, and has done over 150 Reiki trainings/attunements. Sheryl has a deep love for the practice and a respect for how it has positively affected her life and the lives of so many with whom she has worked on and taught.

All Reiki Training Classes are taught by Sheryl Edsall and Eileen Alexander at the Naturally Yoga Studio.
Each training includes a delicious, high vibrational, healing vegetarian lunch prepared by Sheryl. Sheryl offers practical information on "food as medicine" in the Ayurvedic and Green Witch traditions, while you enjoy your meal.

Reiki Level 1 Training
No pre-requisite. Open to Everyone!
The class is for 1 day, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
$230
 In this training, you will learn the history of Reiki, be attuned to the Reiki energy, and learn hand positions for self-treatment and giving healing Reiki energy to others. You will also receive a comprehensive manual and ongoing email and phone support. Sheryl will be preparing a delicious, high vibrational, healing vegetarian Ayurvedic lunch to be served during your training!

Reiki Level 2 Training
Pre-requisite: Attunement to Reiki 1 by a Usui Reiki Master
The class is for 1 day, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
$280
In this training you will dive more deeply into your practice and understanding of Reiki, receiving three of the Reiki symbols and mantras and an additional attunement. You will learn techniques for focusing on particular areas, as well as for distance healing. Reiki II attunement allows you to open to deeper emotional and spiritual healing, working with the auric field and chakras.
You will also receive a comprehensive manual and ongoing email and telephone support.
Reiki Master Training
Pre-Requisite: Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Attunements from a Usui Reiki Master.
The class is for 1 day, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
$560.
As part of this training, you will dive deeper into your practice and receive the Master symbol. You will learn how to educate, initiate and attune others to become Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Master Practitioners. You will also receive a comprehensive manual and ongoing telephone and email support.

They both have a deep love for the practice and a respect for how it has positively affected their lives and the lives of so many with whom they have worked on and are attuned to Reiki energy. They share the hope and vision that one day there will be a Reiki practitioner in every household!
In addition to the attunements, the trainings include hands-on practice and their personal experience with Reiki. They also offer ongoing support to all students following the training, as the true learning begins once you take the practice home and begin to incorporate it into your life.
