This year we are so excited to embark on our 23rd year of teacher training. So many of you have gone through this 9-month training course to deepen your yoga experience or to become a yoga teacher. For those of you that have not, I invite you to join the magic. I hear it so many times that there is nothing like Naturally Yoga anywhere. I think part of what makes us special is our authentic Yogic teachings, our bhakti/love vibe, our teacher's true wisdom about the body and mind, and that we laugh and cry and feel.
Sheryl has been teaching Yoga since 1996. Naturally Yoga opened its Glen Rock location in 2001. And Sheryl along with her husband Neil and the teaching staff including Veronica Yacco, Lillie Kae, and Eileen Alexander have been mentoring students through the paths of yoga for many years.

Special Mentorship Program
This year Lillie Kae has offered to teach a very Special Mentorship Program.
Lillie Kae will meet with students privately to go over any questions, will look at homework, and will work on adjusting or anything that a student may need. She will mentor with her knowledge, skills, and experience. Lillie Kae will help each student grow as a person and become the best version of themself. It is such an amazing gift since Lillie Kae is such a great teacher.
