Join Suzanne to practice yoga, mindfulness, and other energy healing techniques to release stress in your mind and body. Each class will include a meditation, breath work, and/or mindfulness practice you can bring into your day to cultivate more ease in your life.
CLASSES: If you're unable to attend a class you've already booked, you have until 15 minutes before the class to cancel. No refunds.
