Sheryl has been teaching Yoga since 1996. Naturally Yoga opened its Glen Rock location in 2001. And Sheryl along with her husband Neil and the teaching staff including Lynda Ferrara, Veronica Yacco, and Eileen Alexander have been mentoring students through the paths of yoga for many years.
