Wild Medicine Mentorship with Sheryl
9 Divine weeks of meeting 9 plant allies plus two bonus herbs and learning their medicine by spending time meditating, drinking, eating, and doing ritual with each plant. Every Sunday at 4 pm via ZOOM. You will get a recording if you cannot be there in person.

How It Works
My Wild Medicine Mentorship will bring us into relationship with 9 wild herbs plus 2 bonus herbs. Each week we will take one herb and spend the week getting to know her. Her energetics, tastes, medicine for health, mind, and soul. This training is easeful yet deep. I will send you all the herbs we will be working with in dried form. I will send SIMPLE recipes and rituals to do with each plant. By the end of this training, you will know what plant to reach for to help with digestion or depression, anxiety or for guidance from your dreams, ancestral guidance, cutting the chord with energy you wish to release and so much more. We will end our 9 weeks together foraging and feasting in Ringwood, New Jersey with drumming and meditation.
I will meet live on zoom every Sunday at 4 pm to introduce the herb and do a meditation and offer a mudra to energetically connect with the plant. If you cannot be live you will get a recording. Mother’s Day weekend we will adjust the Sunday 4pm to what works for the group.
