To really know something we cannot simply study it. The sages tell us that we need direct experience, to discover for ourselves the Truth of the teachings. The first two books of the Yoga Sutras set the foundation of a spiritual practice and sow seeds of curiosity about who we really are. Books 3 & 4 invite the practitioner to explore the deep inner landscape that is revealed through practice and cultivating awareness. 

Join Neil and Veronica for an exploration of the Self through the third and fourth books of the Yoga Sutras. Through a combination of study, discussion, and practice we will walk the inner path towards Realization.
