Summer is the season of play! When we are in the habit of being busy, it's not hard to feel like everyday life is too much. Over-busy minds make it hard to relax. Over-filled schedules can feel heavy and constricting. By cultivating an attitude of playfulness we can shift how we approach our activities and make space for enjoyment even when we have a lot to do. Life doesn't have to feel so serious. We can find lightness and ease no matter where we are.
