1-hour session in Ayurveda

(personal consult on your constitution and how to balance what is out of balance with your health and spirituality. And how to cleanse and nourish for the season) 

1-hour session of Thai Yoga

(you lie down and receive a full body stretch.) 

1-hour session of Reiki

(energy healing) 

When you purchase the package before May 18 you may use the sessions whenever it suits you and our schedule.
