About the Event

Experience the immense benefits of deep relaxation through savasana, some gentle yoga, and meditation with quartz singing bowls, gong bath, and divine silence. All experience levels are welcome!

This is an in studio and Zoom event.  In studio attendance will be limited and Covid protocols will be followed.
