Time: 10:00 AM-approximately 12:45 PM Please arrive by 9:45 AM

Where: Meet in the parking lot of Continental Soldiers Park, 550 Ramapo Valley Road (Rte 202), Mahwah, NJ. We will be practicing social distancing and other Covid precautions. Please bring a mask for use when social distancing is difficult. A Covid waiver must be signed. Please contact Naturally Yoga to register.
Spend a morning immersed in mindfulness, community and the beauty of the natural world. Forest “Bathing” can help to activate our parasympathetic nervous system whose function is “rest and digest” and helps us recover from a stressed-out system. It can help support your immune system and have a positive effect on attention, cognitive performance, emotions, mood and behavior.
This is not a hike or a naturalist walk. The land is very accessible and we will be covering a limited area. Please dress warmly and for the weather. The forest can be cool in the morning. Bug spray, covered shoes/boots, and something to sit on (mat or camp chair) strongly suggested. I have a number of camp stools for borrow.
Pre-registration required. There are 8 spaces available.
