Join Angela Cays and Joe Rosolen for their next Kirtan: Beginning Anew with Gratitude on Sunday, March 12, 2023, from 2:30-4:30 pm. We will chant mantras, align energies, acknowledge our shadow and affirm our capacity to transform it by evolving it back into the light.

Everyday is an opportunity to begin anew, and the movement towards Spring gives us an invitation to do just that. Each moment, we can choose to stop and practice gratitude. We can rejoice in the good that is available in every moment. Generating this deep well of gratitude sustains us. It helps us to endure and navigate life’s difficulties, challenges and tragedies. Prayer and mantra are powerful tools to reinforce this practice and make it more accessible.
