Final Fridays of the month.

Our "Friday with Friends" is the perfect opportunity to graciously exit each month with Love and begin anew with the many teachers and practitioners within and without the Naturally Yoga community. This beautiful event will be held on the final Friday of every month and will always begin with an opening ceremony led by a special guest. This month, Eileen Alexander will offer a healing circle focused on missing loved ones during the holidays (whether they've passed on or distance and other circumstances keep us apart).

The space will then open itself up for conversation, mingling, card readings, and locally sourced, vegan-friendly h'orderves with welcomed BYOB refreshments (alcohol is permitted).

Our hosts, Josh Edsall and Alison Abbadessa, with Marc Ostrega on drums, will then get everyone singing and dancing to Bhakti­style music meant to bring us all closer together with each other and the Universe itself. We really hope to strengthen the bonds within this magical community and offer this opportunity to see old friends and make new ones while entering into a new month with open hearts and minds!
