  • October 27th: Purposeful sequencing.
  • November 17th: Dharma talks, themes, and mythology.
  • December 15th: Adjusting with Awareness.
  • January 26th: Pranayama, the deeper Expansion.
  • February 23rd: Ancient Sacred text of Yoga and how they inspire our everyday lives.
  • March 30th: Symbolic sacred use of Mudras.
  • April 13th: Sanskrit, Devanagari and chant that expands your consciousness.
  • May 18th: Chakras and subtle body healing
  • June 8th: Spiritual mentoring
