Preliminary Itinerary

September 18, 2025 - Travel from Newark Airport to Delhi, India. September 19 – Arrive in Delhi September 20 and 21 – Vrindavan September 22 to 25 – Haridwar September 26 to 28 – Rishikesh September 29 to October 1 – Varanasi October 2 – Return to Delhi and travel from Delhi, India to Newark Airport

Seema

Seema is our amazing guide. She will be with us every step of the way.  She takes great care of us and all of the details.  Our time in Haridwar will be at her sweet retreat home, where we are absolutely spoiled, fed amazing home cooked meals and treated like royalty.

Investment: $3,750.00 This includes: Your lodging (shared double room) for 13 nights; all meals, all sightseeing fees and all transportation while in India.

(does NOT include roundtrip airfare to and from India). We will fly together on the same flight as a group, but you will book your own airfare. This does NOT include trip insurance, which you can purchase on your own and is highly recommended.

Payment Schedule

$500 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed registration form in order to reserve your spot. Payment in full must be received by July 15, 2025.

Payment can be made by cash or by check payable to Sheryl Edsall.

Payment Schedule

A payment schedule is available at no additional cost. $500 deposit asap, $800.00 by March 15, 2025, $1,225.00 by May 15, 2025,$1,225 by July 15, 2025.

Deposits

Deposits are being accepted now. All deposits will be check not Venmo. I will be placing the money in a special account. Let me know if you have questions.
