We'll move to shed the weight of the past, meditate to awaken the mind to the inner grace of the Spirit, and relax into easeful being, ready to take in the abundance of Now. Celebrating the New Year means we can celebrate our ability to "begin again," guided by the light within to find the fullness of life.
