Final Fridays of the month beginning October 29th from 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm.

Our “Friday with Friends” is the perfect opportunity to graciously exit each month with Love and begin anew with the many teachers and practitioners within and without the Naturally Yoga community. This beautiful event will be held on the final Friday of every month and will always begin with an opening ceremony led by a special guest. This month, Sheryl Edsall will guide us through a white witches wish to release old energies (perfect for the Halloween season). The space will then open itself up for mingling and networking with locally sourced, vegan friendly h’orderves and welcomed BYOB refreshments. We will have intuitives performing card readings and energy healings in our back two rooms for those who are interested. Our hosts, Josh Edsall and Alison Abbadessa will then get everyone singing and dancing with Bhakti-style music meant to bring us all together with the Universe and each other. Before the night is over we will transition into DJ-style chant music that we can continue singing and dancing to, whilst again to mingling, networking and welcoming new energies for the incoming month!
