About Forest Bathing: Spend a morning immersed in mindfulness, community and the beauty of the natural world with Judy Belluardo, ANFT Certified. Forest “Bathing” can help to activate our parasympathetic nervous system whose function is “rest and digest” and helps us recover from a stressed-out system. It can help support your immune system and have a positive effect on attention, cognitive performance, emotions, mood and behavior. This is not a hike or a naturalist walk. The land is very accessible and we will be covering a limited area. 

Please dress accordingly for the weather. Layers are best this time of year. The forest can be cool in the morning. Bug spray, covered shoes/boots, water, and something to sit on (mat or camp chair) strongly suggested. I have a number of camp stools for borrow.
