Meet in the back of the parking lot.

Join Judy of "Permission to Pause, Forest "Bathing" Therapy of NJ" and spend an afternoon immersed in mindfulness, community and the beauty of the natural world. A Forest "Bathing" Experience can help to activate our parasympathetic nervous system whose function is "rest and digest" and helps us recover from a stressed-out system. It can help support your immune system and have a positive effect on attention, cognitive performance, emotions, mood, and behavior. It is a wonderful way to connect with self and others. This is not a hike or a naturalist walk. The land is very accessible and we will be covering a limited area. This event is for adults only. Limited to 10 people. 

Please dress accordingly for the weather. You may want to bring rain gear in case of rain. Bug spray, covered shoes/boots, water, and something to sit on (mat or camp chair) strongly suggested. I have camp stools to borrow. 

Please arrive by 9: 15 am to insure we start on time. We would like to begin the experience by 9:30 am. There is a bathroom facility in the parking area.
