Lifting the Veil: Shedding Fear to Uncover the Inner Light
Fall is a powerful time of change. Nature begins a process of shedding to bring itself back to the simplest forms, drawing itself back to a state of restful potential. During the celebration of Navaratri (October 3-11) we too are encouraged to practice shedding, releasing old patterns and ideas and returning to an awareness of our simplest form, the Light within.
