About the Event
Join us for our annual 40 day sadhana on November 12th at 6am-7:30 am live in the Naturally Yoga Studio. We begin together a 40 day meditation and continue it for the next 39 days on our own but never alone. Sheryl will offer you a special chant, sung in person by Josh and Ali that you can chant every day for 40 days. 40 days is truly transformative. This year's theme is connecting with the unseen forces of love and support. There is no sign up or fee. The community support is everything.Â
