In a time of certain uncertainties, we could all benefit from a little peace and Love. Whether as a parent knowingly seeking an extra hour in the day or as a child unknowingly seeking a haven for fun and acceptance with like-minded young friends, our 6-week series gives stability of mind, body and heart for all. Through movement, games, stories and songs, the union that is Yoga will provide the ultimate after school activity that everyone can feel good about!
