Kirtan is a powerful collective practice that involves the repetition of mantra which consists of sacred sounds calling out to the Divine, to healing energies, the Sun, the Moon, the Earth, the Infinite and recognizing all of this surrounds us, is holding us, available to us, and is right by our side whenever we need that presence and holding. It is also deep within us, always available.
