21 Day Guide for Spiritual Evolution with Sheryl & Josh

We are on the edge of something so big my friends and would love nothing better than to walk hand-in-hand through this new portal of awareness and elevation with you!

12/21 is a momentous day for all of humanity as the Universe synchronizes the Winter Solstice with a grand Solar Flash, Solar Eclipse and conjunction of Saturn, Jupiter and Pluto (for the first time in 3000 years). This will mark the true start for the Age of Aquarius as the constellation stations at 0 degrees and invites us to influence our current world.

As we grow our number of lightworks, please join me December 1-21 for powerful tools to navigate this divine opening to a life that is lived supreme and not just hoped for. We will do cleansing practices, connect to the chakras in a whole new way, cleanse our spiritual beingness and eat for higher awareness.

Each day my son Josh and I will post to a private Facebook page suggestions, meditations, mantras, recipes and teachings that are quite simple yet essential to do as we erupt into this powerful moment 12/21. If we don't spiritually cleanse before this day, we may remain subject to fear and confusion, rather than rise above it. If we open ourselves up to be a channel of light we will truly elevate ourselves, our families and our world.
