Service Description
A one-on-one Yoga Session with Sheryl Edsall. Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. Sheryl will focus on breathing, strength, alignment, flexibility and specific body areas of your choosing. You will leave feeling relaxed and balanced.
Cancellation Policy
CLASSES: If you're unable to attend a class you've already booked, you have until 15 minutes before the class to cancel. No refunds.
PRIVATE SESSIONS / WORKSHOPS: please let us know at least 24-hr in advance to receive a refund on your cancellation.
