This application must be accompanied by a recommendation from a yoga teacher, your deposit check or full tuition and your answers to the following questions on a separate piece of paper (preferably typed)

 

  1. What is your yoga background and experience?  How long have you been practicing? 
  2. What is your personal home practice like?
  3. What is your educational and professional background outside of yoga?
  4. Why do you want to take this training? 
  5. Do you currently practice at Naturally Yoga?  If so, which classes and with whom?
  6. Please describe any special medical concerns you have.  Are you currently taking any medication?
  7. What yoga teacher trainings have you completed?  What Style/ school?
  8. Where and how long have you been teaching?

I have read the class schedule for the training program.  If accepted into the Naturally Yoga Teacher’s Training Program, I understand that attendance at all sessions is required for completion of this program.  Further I have read and fully understand the below Registration, Payment & Refund Policy.

Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

A completed application along with a deposit check of $500 made out to Naturally Yoga is required to register for this training.  Total tuition is $3,500.00 and can be paid as installments ($500 deposit and $200 a month).

 

Refunds

Full refund minus a $50 processing fee for withdrawal prior to first night of training.

Refunds for extenuating circumstances will be prorated for sessions attended.

 

Upon acceptance applicants will be notified and receive a list of required reading and materials.
