Driving Directions
From Route 208 (North or South) - take the Maple Avenue North exit toward Ridgewood/Glen Rock. Proceed through the traffic light. Go under the train trestle. At the next traffic light (Exxon Service Station on left) turn left onto Rock Road. Cross train tracks, come through center of town (2 blocks). At 2nd set of train tracks make immediate right turn into parking lot after crossing tracks. You will pass several businesses (Gianellas, CVS). Go to the rear of the parking lot to a separate "L" -shaped commercial office building. We are through the glass door at the corner of the "L". Our Naturally Yoga Sign is over the door. The Glen Rock Police and Municipal Offices moved into the building with us so don't get scared off.
From Route 4 West - Stay right after Route 17. Route 4 splits off to the left and Route 208 North starts - stay to the right. Follow the directions above for Route 208 above.
From Garden State Parkway North - Take Exit 160 Route 208 Paramus, stay to left at bottom of ramp, and follow signs to Route 4 West. Follow the directions above for Route 4 West, then Route 208.
From Route 17 (North or South) - Take Route 4 West exit and follow the directions above.
From Route 287 (North or South) - Exit at Route 208 South and follow directions above.
