Adult Mixed Level Yoga
For all levels of practitioners, using an integration of yoga styles for a complete mind/body practice.
Quiet the body and the mind with a combination of gentle supported poses, passive poses, and breathwork. A perfect antidote to stress.
As handed down by Yogi Bhajan, uses breath, movement, meditation, and mantra. Come release, and awaken through this sacred, enlivening practice.
All of Our Staff at Naturally Yoga is Highly Trained in Prenatal Yoga. Please feel free to attend any class on our schedule, just let the teacher know that you are pregnant.

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class.
Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.
Some of your fellow students are allergic to perfume, so please refrain from wearing fragrances to the studio.
Leave cell phones outside studio space.
You will be asked to sign a medical waiver on your first visit. Please let us know if you have any health concerns we should be aware of. We will be able to help you practice more comfortably if we are aware any challenges.
Meditations from the Tantras
The tantras are yogic texts which aid us as we move from the physical to the more subtle levels of our existance. This class includes aspects of kundalini yoga , breathing practices, deep relaxation, and various forms of meditation.
Yoga off the Mat
An exploration of the philosophy and ancient texts of yoga .
A Private Yoga Session is in perfect alignment with the student's individual needs. Sessions are hands on in posture, breathing, and fluidity. Private sessions are also available for Yogic Philosophy, Chanting, Meditation, and Restorative and Adaptive/Therapeutic Yoga.
An In-class Private is where Neil adjusts you from the beginning of class till the end. You will not only be elevated by the group energy but every adjustment will follow you own body’s innate wisdom taking you deeper into the knowledge of the pose, moving from your physical body to your bliss body. And if that’s not enough finish the class off with a little Thai Yoga massage during savasana. An in-class private must be booked and paid in advance. They are available during any day of the week during any teacher’s class.
Thai Yoga Session
A Thai Yoga Session has deep roots in Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Buddhism. A session combines therapeutic stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, acupressure, energy balancing and assisted Hatha Yoga postures. It is a powerful form of applied Yoga Therapy that can be modified to benefit anyone regardless of individual anatomy, flexibility, age or yoga background.
